Photo Shoot

As my chosen genre was indie i had to chose members which suited this style. A important feature was the items of clothing. If i wanted to make the magazine in the style of indie i would have take into mind the different aspects, i did not want them wearing caps or baggy clothing. I made the band members wear genes and indie related t-shirts, jumpers dresses etc. I chose to position the shoot in front of a brick wall, whilst researching different indie magazines i noticed that a brick wall was a common feature used in images, I decided to go with the wall effect. This added to the indie theme. Also, one of the band members was holding a guitar, again this added to the theme. Finally the mode of address used was direct, this created a seriousness about the band.
